Refund & Cancellation Policy

        In short: payments are not refundable
        Try Lab Kiosk before you pay: the Free plan covers 5 workstations with no end date, and every organization can try the full subscription free for 15 days. Once you pay for a period, we do not refund it.
      

1. What You Pay For

A subscription is paid in advance for one month or one year, at the prices on our pricing page plus GST, for the number of workstations you choose. Payments are taken by Razorpay, which sends the receipt. The Free plan, the trial and the Education plan cost nothing.

2. No Refunds

Every payment is final. We do not refund, in whole or in part:

a month or a year that has started, including time you do not use;
workstations you paid for and did not enrol, or removed;
a plan you stop using before its end date, or an organization you close;
a renewal paid before the current period ended, which adds to that period;
a plan suspended or ended because the Terms of Service or the Content Policy were broken.

3. When We Do Refund

We refund the full amount, to the card, account or UPI it was paid from, when:

you were charged twice for the same payment;
you were charged but your plan was not extended, and we cannot extend it;
the law requires a refund.

Write to support@labkiosk.org within 30 days of the payment with your organization's address and the Razorpay payment reference. Once we confirm it, the refund is issued within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

4. Cancellation

Nothing renews by itself and we never charge you without your action, so there is nothing to cancel: a paid plan simply ends on its end date unless you pay for another period. The console reminds administrators before that date. When it ends, the organization moves to the Free plan: 5 workstations keep working, the others stay enrolled and show a notice until a licence is free for them, and none of your settings or data are deleted.

5. Delivery

Lab Kiosk is an online service; nothing is shipped. A paid plan is applied to your organization as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute, and shows under Plan in your console. If it has not appeared within an hour, write to support@labkiosk.org with the payment reference.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy by publishing a new version here with a new date. A payment is governed by the version in force when it was made.
